This Privacy Policy explains how NH3 Jobs LLC ("NH3Jobs," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use nh3jobs.com, our applications, our AI assistant "Jennifer," and our messaging (email and text), together the "Service." It applies to both Candidates (job seekers) and Employers. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.
1. The Short Version
- We collect the information you give us (account, profile, résumé, contact details) plus some usage data.
- We use it to run the Service, to power AI matching and our assistant Jennifer, and to communicate with you.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
- You control where your candidate profile goes — we share it with an Employer only for an opportunity you've expressed interest in.
- California residents (including job applicants) have rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out — see Section 9.
2. Information We Collect
You give us:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, password, and role (Candidate or Employer).
- Candidate profile — résumé, work history, certifications, licenses, skills, location, job preferences, and other details you submit.
- Employer information — company details, job orders/postings, and billing/contact information.
- Communications — messages you send us or send through the Service, and your communication preferences.
We collect automatically:
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser/device type, and similar analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8.
From other sources:
- Public and third-party sources — for example, public company information used to build employer profiles or to source candidates.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Service — accounts, job postings, applications, candidate sourcing, and introductions.
- Power AI matching and Jennifer — process, score, rank, summarize, and reformat profiles and job orders to assess fit and surface opportunities (see Section 4).
- Communicate with you — account and transactional messages, recruiting and outreach messages, job opportunities, customer care, and marketing — by email, text (SMS/MMS), and in-Service messaging (see Sections 6 and 7).
- Improve the Service — analytics, troubleshooting, security, and product development.
- Comply with law — legal obligations, enforcing our Terms, and protecting our rights, users, and the public.
4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
NH3Jobs uses AI — our assistant "Jennifer" and our matching engine — to process your information, generate match scores and summaries, and surface opportunities and candidates. These are automated estimates that assist human decisions; they are not by themselves employment decisions. Employers make all hiring decisions, and you should independently verify AI output (see the Terms & Conditions, Sections 3 and 10). You may ask us about, or object to, automated processing of your information, and California residents have additional rights described in Section 9. We retain records related to our automated tools as described in Section 8 of the Terms and Section 10 below.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service or as required by law:
- With Employers— we share a Candidate's profile with an Employer onlyin connection with an opportunity the Candidate has expressed interest in, or an introduction the Candidate has asked us to make. We do not broadcast a Candidate's profile to Employers they have not authorized.
- With service providers — vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, payment processing), bound to use the data only for our purposes.
- For legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.
- In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Mobile/SMS information — never shared for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information collected for text-messaging purposes will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your contact details may be provided to an Employer only for a specific job opportunity you have expressed interest in (Section 5, first bullet) — never to third parties for their own marketing.
6. Email Communications
We send transactional/relationship emails (account, application, and service messages) and, with your consent, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails; we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: our commercial emails identify NH3Jobs, include our physical mailing address, use truthful subject lines, and provide a working unsubscribe.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Program (10DLC Disclosure)
This section describes our text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from NH3 Jobs LLC.
Program & message types. If you opt in, you may receive: (1) Account notifications (e.g., interview scheduling and account status); (2) Marketing (e.g., new job opportunities that fit your preferences); and (3) Customer care messages.
How to opt in. You may opt in by submitting an online form on our website (for example, at nh3jobs.com/contact) or by checking the SMS-consent box on our forms. Consent is not a condition of using the Service or of any employment or introduction.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts; we will send one confirmation and then cease. You may also contact us at support@nh3jobs.com, through our website, or at (909) 810-1049.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@nh3jobs.com / (909) 810-1049.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies by message type — typically up to about 1 message per week per notification type; frequency is disclosed at opt-in.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes (see Section 5).
Example messages.
- Account:"NH3Jobs is contacting you regarding your interview scheduled with [Company]. Please check your NH3Jobs account for details. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
- Marketing:"NH3Jobs: a new opportunity that fits your preferences is now available. Log in to your NH3Jobs account to see details. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
We text you within permitted hours under applicable law, maintain records of consent and opt-outs, and honor STOP across our systems. See also Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and analyze usage. We may work with analytics and advertising providers that use cookies to collect information about your activity over time and across sites. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident — including a job applicant or candidate — you have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt outof the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- Be free from retaliation for exercising these rights.

10. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements; records related to our automated tools may be retained for up to four (4) years where required. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not include Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or financial-account information in your résumé or profile.
11. Children
The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
12. Third-Party Links
The Service may link to third-party sites or job sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; review their policies before providing information.
13. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States and intended for U.S. users. If you access it from elsewhere, you do so at your own risk and consent to processing in the United States.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
