Rison, officially the City of Rison, is a city in and the county seat of Cleveland County, Arkansas, United States. As of the 2020 census, Rison had a population of 967. It is included in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas Micropolitan Statistical Area. Rison is a bedroom community for people who work in Pine Bluff. The largest employers are the city and county governments, the Cleveland County School District, the Cleveland County Nursing Home.
