• Capital project leadership: scope/URS, budgets, schedules, risk, and startup.

• OEE mindset; improves availability, performance, and quality with data.

• Utilities knowledge: electrical, mechanical, boiler, refrigeration, and wastewater.

• Strong safety leadership (LOTO, permits, contractor control, OSHA standards).

What You’ll Do

• Build multi‑year capital plans; align with corporate goals and site constraints.

• Own layouts/drawings (AutoCAD); manage bids, OEMs, and integrators through FAT/SAT.

• Drive reliability: PM optimization, precision practices, and storeroom standards.

• Lead construction and shutdown windows; deliver on time, on budget, incident‑free.

• Set and track KPIs (OEE/MTBF/MTTR, energy, water); publish dashboards and action plans.

• Ensure compliance: food safety, environmental permits, electrical and pressure‑vessel codes.

• Coach supervisors/techs; build bench strength and a proactive maintenance culture.

• Coordinate with refrigeration contractors (NH₃/CO₂) and PSM/RMP touchpoints as needed.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient with CMMS (Maximo preferred), change control, and MOC.

• Comfortable reading P&IDs, single‑lines, and panel schedules; basic arc‑flash awareness.

• Cost/benefit analysis, cash‑flow phasing, and TCO modeling.

• Vendor/OEM management; RFQs, bid tabs, scope control, and punch‑list closure.

• Root cause tools: 5‑Why, fishbone, FMEA; implements sustainable countermeasures.

• Clear communicator who partners well across departments and sites.

Pay & Schedule

• $120,000–$165,000 annual base, depending on experience.

• Full‑time, on‑site role in Cromwell, KY; travel to vendors/training as needed.
