Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee utility systems and building infrastructure at its Newbern, TN food processing facility. Responsibilities include capital planning and execution, managing annual capital and maintenance budgets, and providing technical guidance to a team of approximately 70 FTEs with direct reports including a Maintenance Manager, Refrigeration Supervisor, Plant Engineer, and MRO Supervisor. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the food processing industry managing technical staff and capital projects, with PSM experience required. Relocation assistance is offered.
