Schwan's Company is seeking a Refrigeration/Ammonia Manager to oversee ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, building systems, compliance, and maintenance activities at food manufacturing facilities in the Houston-area locations of Pasadena and Deer Park. The role leads and develops technician teams, ensures PSM, HazMat, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout compliance, and supports production uptime through preventive maintenance, equipment installation, Lean Manufacturing, and capital projects. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of industrial ammonia maintenance management experience.
