The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will support a food-processing plant producing La Tiara taco shells by performing preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic issues, managing work orders in Maximo, and participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement. The role requires at least two years of industrial maintenance or related experience and may be assigned to second or third shift, with overtime as needed.
