Caledonia Cold Storage is hiring three Ammonia Refrigeration Operators for the night shift at its 165,000 sq ft PSM-covered cold storage facility in Green Bay, WI. Operators will run and maintain a two-stage ammonia system with screw compressors, evaporative condensers, and a central control room, performing daily logs, preventive maintenance, ammonia transfers, alarm response, and PSM paperwork. The role requires 5+ years of industrial ammonia experience, RETA CARO certification, and comfort working at heights and lifting 50 lbs.
