The Facilities Maintenance Manager will lead and coordinate maintenance operations at Lineage Logistics' cold storage facility in Stilwell, Oklahoma. This hands-on leadership role oversees preventive maintenance, material handling equipment, a small ammonia refrigeration system, CMMS activities, and Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan compliance. The manager will supervise and develop direct reports, manage maintenance planning and budgets, support energy-efficiency and capital projects, and ensure safe, reliable facility operations.
