Lineage Logistics is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager at their cold storage facility in Stilwell, OK. This hands-on leadership role oversees all maintenance operations including a small ammonia refrigeration system, preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, and PSM/RMP compliance activities. The manager will lead and develop direct reports, manage workload through a CMMS (X5), collaborate with the General Manager on budgets and capital projects, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is included, with $2,500 paid at hire and $2,500 after six months.
