The Role

General Mills is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for its La Tiara taco shell facility in the Kansas City/Gladstone, Missouri area. The role performs preventive and reactive maintenance on processing and packaging equipment, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical/electronic issues, and uses Maximo for work orders and parts requisition. Requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience and willingness to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift, overtime, weekends, nights, holidays, and emergency events as needed.
