The Facilities Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance operations at Lineage Logistics' temperature-controlled cold storage facility in Stilwell, Oklahoma. This hands-on management role oversees preventive maintenance, a small ammonia refrigeration system, material handling equipment, CMMS activities, budgeting, energy management, capital projects, and PSM/RMP compliance. The position requires at least three years of facility maintenance management experience and proficiency in mechanical and electrical fundamentals, refrigeration systems, and regulatory compliance.
