The role owns reliability, the PSM/RMP programs, a $4.2M annual maintenance and capital budget, and a team of 22 across three shifts including 3 supervisors, 14 technicians, and 5 refrigeration operators. Candidates need 8+ years in industrial maintenance with 4+ years leading people, direct hands-on PSM-covered ammonia refrigeration experience, RETA CIRO and OSHA 30 certifications, and strong CMMS experience.
