Lineage Logistics is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager for a cold storage facility with a small ammonia refrigeration system in Stilwell, OK. Duties include leading maintenance operations, overseeing preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, CMMS (X5), PSM/RMP compliance, budget management, and energy efficiency projects. Requires 3 years of facility maintenance management experience, hands-on work around ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration, mechanical and electrical proficiency, and ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F.
