Lineage Logistics is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager in Stilwell, OK, to lead maintenance operations at a temperature-controlled cold storage facility. The role oversees preventive maintenance, material handling equipment, a small ammonia refrigeration system, CMMS activities, budgeting, energy management, capital projects, and Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan compliance. The manager will supervise and develop direct reports and must have at least three years of facility maintenance management experience, with proficiency in mechanical and electrical fundamentals and ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems.
