Americold seeks an experienced Ammonia Refrigeration Technician for night-shift operations at a 6.2-million-cubic-foot cold storage facility in Fort Worth, TX. This role oversees preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a 28,000-lb ammonia refrigeration system featuring Frick screw compressors, Evapco condensers, and Colmac/Krack evaporators, with active participation in PSM/RMP compliance and mechanical integrity inspections. The successful candidate must bring minimum 5 years hands-on ammonia experience, RETA CARO certification, and the ability to operate independently while mentoring junior staff and clearing a substantial mechanical integrity backlog.
