Lineage Logistics seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager for their Stilwell, OK cold storage facility. This hands-on leadership role oversees ammonia refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, and Process Safety Management (PSM) compliance. You will manage a small team, coordinate maintenance operations, implement safety and regulatory programs, and drive operational excellence while working in temperatures ranging from -20°F to 100°F. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of facility maintenance management experience, proficiency with PSM/RMP requirements, and demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
