Lineage Logistics is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate all maintenance operations at their Stilwell, OK temperature-controlled facility. This hands-on role oversees a small ammonia refrigeration system, preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, and CMMS (X5), while ensuring compliance with PSM and RMP regulations. The manager will train and assign tasks to direct reports, collaborate on annual budgets, and support energy management and capital projects. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of facility maintenance management experience and strong mechanical/electrical fundamentals.
