The role oversees a small ammonia refrigeration system, preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, CMMS (X5), and PSM compliance activities. The ideal candidate will manage direct reports, implement safety and regulatory compliance programs, plan maintenance workload, collaborate on budgets and capital projects, and drive operational excellence in a hands-on, autonomous environment. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
