Maintenance Supervisor for the Brakebush Brothers poultry/food-processing plant in Irving, TX. Leads and coordinates the maintenance team across shifts - work-order coordination, PM program, and effective team utilization to keep plant process, packaging, and facility equipment running. Partners with Production, Utilities, Planning and Safety; enforces HACCP/USDA/food-safety. Allen-Bradley PLCs, hydraulics, high-speed packaging lines; plant runs an ammonia refrigeration system.
