Refrigeration Systems Construction and Service Co. (RSCS) is hiring an Ammonia Refrigeration Operator. You will run the ammonia refrigeration system at one food processing plant in Marion, Indiana. The job is day shift with flexible hours, strong pay, and great benefits.

The system runs well. Your job is to keep it that way. You run it every day, keep up with preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot when something needs attention. For a person who knows refrigeration, this is a solid, steady place to work.

DAILY DUTIES

• Operate the ammonia refrigeration system every day
• Do routine preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot the system when needed
• Make sure everything runs safely and correctly
• Support the plant's PSM (Process Safety Management) program
