Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate all maintenance operations at its Stilwell, OK temperature-controlled facility. The role oversees a small ammonia refrigeration system along with Freon and CO2 systems, preventive maintenance programs, material handling equipment, CMMS (X5) administration, and Process Safety Management (PSM)/Risk Management Plan compliance. Responsibilities include supervising and training direct reports, scheduling maintenance workload through the CMMS, partnering with the General Manager on labor and materials budgets, reviewing utility reports to drive energy management, and recommending capital expenditure projects. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED plus 3 years of facility maintenance management experience including resource planning, and must be comfortable working in temperatures as low as -20°F in cold storage while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
