Lone Star Cold Storage seeks 2 experienced Ammonia Refrigeration Technicians for night shift operations at their 6.2-million-cubic-foot cold storage facility in Fort Worth, TX. This senior technician role requires hands-on management of a 28,000-lb anhydrous ammonia system (Frick screw compressors, Evapco condensers, Colmac/Krack evaporators) with full PSM/RMP program responsibilities including mechanical integrity inspections and P&ID walkdowns. Key duties include daily system rounds, preventive maintenance, compressor/condenser/evaporator troubleshooting, oil management, alarm response, and CMMS documentation. Candidates must have 5+ years industrial ammonia refrigeration experience, RETA CARO certification (or obtain within 6 months), OSHA 10, and be willing to work nights (7 PM–7 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotation with on-call duty one week in six.
