OTR Class A CDL Tanker Truck Driver – Effingham, IL ADM Trucking, Inc. is seeking experienced OTR Class A CDL Tanker Truck Drivers to join our team in Effingham, Illinois. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive benefits and opportunities for additional earnings through our sign-on and referral bonuses. Compensation & Benefits $2,500 Sign-On Bonus $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus Full-time, hourly position Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company matching funds available Company-provided uniforms Position Summary As an OTR Class A Tanker Driver, you will safely and efficiently transport food-grade products while providing reliable service to our customers. Drivers are responsible for planning and managing each trip, including: Breaks and fuel stops Customer appointments and delivery schedules Weather, traffic, and construction conditions City and rural driving conditions Unexpected delays or changing circumstances The position requires extended periods of sitting while operating company equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to: Semi-trucks Tanker trailers Dry vans Pneumatic trailers Intermodal equipment Drivers are responsible for safely loading and unloading products in accordance with company and customer procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to ensure timely customer deliveries. Weekly mileage may fluctuate based on customer needs and operating conditions. Department of Labor (DOL) Required Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement Must be able to obtain a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement within 60 days of hire At least 12 months of verifiable OTR or local driving experience within the previous 7 years No more than 1 chargeable accident within the last 3 years No more than 3 jobs within the last 3 years No more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years Must successfully complete: DOT pre-employment drug screening DOT physical Background check Candidates who do not meet all of the preferred requirements may be considered with management approval .
