In addition, gain valuable insight into the day-to-day responsibilities, collaboration, and professional development of a career in engineering. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – May 21st, 2027 Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Onsite As a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co-op you will: Support process engineering projects from concept through implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges. Assist with equipment validation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement Elements of the KDP 202 7 Winter Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $31/hour Paid bi-weekly $ 5,000 s ign on bonus pay , paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Food S cience, Mechanical E ngineering, I ndustrial E ngineering or another related field Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the production floor and work in a manufacturing setting. Interest in technical and operational aspects of food and beverage production. Excitement to work with innovative technologies and equipment beyond traditional K-Cup manufacturing processes.
