Fall 2027 Co-op - Digital Marketing & CRM Burlington, MA Job ID 145466 Job Category Marketing Job Level Individual Contributor Position Type Full-Time Apply Save Job Job Overview: Fall 2027 Co-op - Digital Marketing & CRM As a Fall 2027 Digital Marketing & CRM Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will join the Keurig.com consumer relationship management team for a Co-op that gives hands-on experience with a best-in-class CRM system. Apprentice under the Manager of CRM sending campaigns that drive results and build relationships. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 5th to December 17th , 2027 Location: Burlington, MA Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid As a Fall 2027 Digital Marketing & CRM Co-op you will support the execution and optimization of CRM initiatives for Keurig.com. Your key responsibilities will include: Executing the promotional CRM calendar, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails. Briefing the creative team on requirements for digital asset creation. Conducting A/B testing for promotional emails, including subject line and preheader variations. Assisting with reporting on multi-channel campaign performance. Supporting CRM strategy development through miscellaneous analytical projects. Managing ad hoc campaigns as needed. Elements of the KDP 202 7 Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $28/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 s ign on bonus pay , paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written , and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Data Analytics Experience with CRM systems like Klaviyo is highly desired, as well as familiarity with HTML Please Note : You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
