Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Chain Initiatives (Essex, VT) Essex, Vermont Job ID 145445 Job Category Supply Chain Job Level Individual Contributor Position Type Full-Time Apply Save Job Job Overview: Winter 2027 Co-op - Supply Chain Initiatives As a Supply Chain Initiatives Co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) based in our Essex, VT site, t his position is responsible for leading cross functional teams to coordinate Hot Beverage Initiative processes for our Keurig Dr Pepper beverages. Pro ces s es will be of varying complexity. The individual will work with internal business partners to drive full alignment of the project scope and timeline to ensure successful service across stakeholders. The supply chain initiatives co-op will engage as the primary point of contact for coordinating and ensuring timeline deliverables and strategic objectives are met. As a member of the Supply Chain Initiatives Team, this position will share responsibility for developing, maintaining and improving formal project management methods and tools across the company. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. Shift/Schedule: The KDP Winter 2027 Co-op Program runs from January 4th - May 21st, 2027 Location: Essex, VT Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm EST Hybrid (T-TH in office) As a Supply Chain Initiatives Co-op you will: Col l aborate with the cross functional teams to better understand requirements and timing needed to support commercialization of new products in different platforms Document step by step processes Create cross functional RACIs Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Elements of the KDP 202 7 Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment. Receive mentor support for your professional development. Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders. Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting. Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business. Total Rewards: $31.00/hr Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign-on bonus , paid within first 30 days of employment. Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Science, or a related field . Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes. Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
