What You'll Do Maintain systems in our Rochester distribution and manufacturing facilitiesRepair equipment for emergency and non-emergency needs; perform unsupervised repairs on industrial refrigeration, HVAC and control systems with proper troubleshooting and safety techniquesCreate and maintain timely records of workInteract and coordinate with maintenance vendorsWork and communicate effectively with a team, assisting other personnel as necessary to ensure all tasks are completed safely and in a timely mannerUnderstand and comply with food and human safety procedures while performing maintenance tasksMaintain Wegmans’ high standards of quality and incredible customer service at all times Required Qualifications 5 or more years of experience in industrial refrigerationSound mechanical and electrical background, as well as knowledge of welding and plumbingStrong computer skills, with ability to interface with various building and control systems At Wegmans, we’ve always believed we can achieve our goals only if we first fulfill the needs of our people.
