Nestlé Pizza Division in Little Chute, WI is hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for our 3rd shift team, offering competitive pay, a shift premium, steady 12-hour schedules, and strong benefits. Why join our team: Starting rate of pay is $35.64 per hour, based on experience 3rd shift earns a $1.50 per hour shift premium 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule with no swing shifts Overtime opportunities Quarterly bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package after 30 days of employment Growth opportunities On-site company store with Nestlé products Position Summary The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic performs predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment. This role includes completing pre-startup reviews, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and computerized maintenance documentation to support equipment reliability and uptime.
