Maintenance Mechanic (Experienced)

Quick Look Pay: $39.88 per hour Location: Charlotte, NC Work Days: Wednesday - Friday Every Other Saturday Start Time: 6:00pm End Time: 6:30am Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age or older Required to work on weekends and holidays Ability to lift 15 to 50 points with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without accommodation Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain AC/DC electrical systems ranging from 12VDC to 480VAC. Diagnose and repair mechanical drive systems, including gear reducers, pulleys, chains, sprockets, and belts. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, control valves, and pumping systems. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Utilize electrical schematics, maintenance documentation, and testing equipment to diagnose issues. Use multi-craft maintenance skills to support equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Operate shop tools such as welders, lathes, and milling machines as needed. Helpful Experience Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. Strong knowledge of 480V three-phase electrical systems. Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. PLC experience is preferred but not required.
