Quick Look Pay: $31.18 per hour Location: 1626 Old Mansfield Rd, Wooster, OH, 44691-7211 Schedule: 5 days, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Minimum Qualifications You are at least 18 years of age or older You will be required to work on weekends and holidays Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation You are able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation You are able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation You are willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to keep production of beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos running. Your technical expertise and quick response ensure operations stay reliable and communities stay stocked. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including control valves and pumps Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems; read schematics; and use electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope) Support preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking; apply PLC knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment issues Respond to maintenance calls and work urgently under pressure to restore equipment to operation Inspect machines, develop repair lists, identify short- and long-term repairs, and take corrective actions to ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability What to Expect On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
