Must be willing and able to perform the following: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and work in elevated areas for extended periods. Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, wet, humid, and dusty conditions. Ability to safely operate tools, testing equipment, lifts, and maintenance equipment. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum one (1) year of industrial electrical maintenance experience or equivalent technical training. Working knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and troubleshooting techniques. Basic computer skills. Ability to successfully complete Tyson Foods electrical assessments and required training. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Electronics, or related field. Experience working in a food manufacturing or processing environment. Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, HMI systems, and automated production equipment. Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC). Electrical license, journeyman certification, or equivalent credentials. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
