Role Overview We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who can work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate is a logical and structured thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. They should be comfortable designing and building applications from the ground up, applying sound engineering principles, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex problems while making effective use of modern development tools where appropriate. The position is based in Hyderabad, within a global team, reporting to the Director of Technology Compliance Governance. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues, and IT teams. This role will own and support the tools and automations used by the Enterprise Process Management team, with a specific focus on Change and Release Management processes. What will you do in this role Design, build, and maintain Power Automate and SharePoint (React/SPFx) solutions Own and support tools and automations used by the Change and Release Management team within EPM Ensure scalability, quality, and alignment with enterprise standards Apply structured SDLC practices (version control, testing, deployment, documentation) Support release and change management processes to ensure controlled deployments Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions Act as SME for Power Platform and SharePoint Support testing, training, go-live, and second line support Drive continuous improvement in tooling and ways of working What should you have 2–3 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps (Canvas Apps), PowerAutomate (integrations, custom connectors) and or React development (preferably SharePoint/SPFx) Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem Strong understanding of SDLC and structured delivery practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in English Preferred Skills Familiarity with digital SDLC (CI/CD, DevOps concepts) Experience in a regulated environment (Pharma or equivalent) Familiarity with regulated documentation systems (e.g., MEDS, Veeva Vault or similar) Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Xray Understanding of testing and release management practices Basic understanding of, and ability to develop or support AI-based solutions or agents.
