Main responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician at our milk facility, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance to prevent downtime, and ensuring that all machinery meets safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with production teams to address any issues that arise and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to production. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and collaborating with vendors to procure parts and services as needed. Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our milk facility. The position will be based in Phoenix AZ. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Follow diagrams, manuals, and specifications for repairs. Troubleshoot and identify malfunctions. Inspect and remove defective parts using hand and power tools. Measure and adjust part dimensions as needed. Communicate preventive maintenance needs and ensure compliance. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools. Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies. Complete daily maintenance paperwork and prepare equipment setups. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations. We are looking for candidates who possess the following: We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing. At least 1 year of experience with mechanical/electrical repair. Knowledge of fabrication, machine shop tools, welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Ability to read and follow schematics, electrical diagrams, and blueprints. LME (Limited Maintenance Electrical) License preferred. EPA Refrigeration Certification preferred. Basic PLC knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. and work in noisy environments.
