Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential electrical issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, and implement effective solutions. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems. Ensure all electrical work is performed in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance and repair projects. Keep detailed records of all electrical work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports. Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our plant's electrical systems. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in electrical technology. Train and mentor new or junior electricians to ensure a well-functioning team. Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding any electrical issues or updates. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including timekeeping and attendance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Act as a positive representative of Cargill, promoting our company values and mission.
