This is a non-exempt position and reports to the Facilities Manager. Essential Functions Inspects, diagnoses, and performs repairs and maintenance on all food service equipment. Maintains small appliances, kitchen equipment, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. Ensures that all equipment is in safe operating condition. Coordinates repairs within approved budgetary guidelines. Maintains preventative maintenance schedule and records. Other duties as assigned.
