$106,400 - $126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY
The Packaging Reliability Manager is responsible for improving the reliability and performance of Packaging operations that support brewery production. This role leads maintenance strategy and execution for Packaging assets, with a focus on uptime, cost control, and long-term equipment health. The position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and external partners to support Packaging systems such as fillers, packers, conveyors, palletizers, and related automation. A strong floor presence and practical problem-solving approach are key to success in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead maintenance activities supporting Packaging operations while meeting safety, environmental, quality, and food safety requirements Promote safe work practices and ensure proper use of permits, risk assessments, and standard procedures Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime Plan and prioritize daily and weekly maintenance work with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams Support troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues across automated Packaging systems Serve as the main point of contact for equipment vendors, service providers, and engineering contractors Track reliability and maintenance performance using KPIs and data, and drive improvement efforts Develop and execute long-term maintenance plans, including overhauls and asset lifecycle planning Partner with maintenance planning teams to manage spare parts, BOMs, and material data in SAP, TAMS, or similar systems Manage maintenance budgets and cost-control initiatives Lead and develop maintenance team members through training, feedback, and performance management Maintain regular presence on the production floor to reinforce safety, standards, and equipment care
