Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on Refrigeration and HVAC equipment and systems.Troubleshoot issues in equipment and systemsConduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance.Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.Respond to equipment issues and maintenance-related emergencies.Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability.Requirements Experience or education in Industrial Maintenance, HVAC/R, Industrial Refrigeration, or fields related to maintenance of the following: Refrigeration SystemsAmmonia Refrigeration experience preferred but not required for most rolesHVAC SystemsBoilersElectrical SystemsMotorsWelding and FabricationNice-to-haves Ammonia Refrigeration experience preferred but not required for most rolesBenefits Annual Incentive PlanLong-Term Incentive Plan
