This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by assisting in maintaining equipment and conducting repairs as assigned. Skills Ability to learn various software programs associated with the facility Strong technical, mechanical, and analytical skills Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Capable of resolving difficult situations in a professional manner Responsibilities Ensure food safety and quality of our products Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and machinery Inspect and test machinery to detect malfunctions Diagnose problems and repair defective machines and equipment Set up and break down food processing equipment as needed Conduct building maintenance repairs and upkeep Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Knowledge of single and three-phase electric systems, AC, DC high and low voltages Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Education Requirements Credential Category High School or Equivalent Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance/preventative equipment maintenance Experience with food processing equipment is a plus Experience with vacuum packaging and related machines is advantageous Why work in Highlands Ranch, CO Highlands Ranch offers a beautiful suburban environment with access to numerous parks, trails, and recreational facilities.
