Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Central Fill Maintenance Technician II, you will provide technical support on more complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and HVAC equipment. This role operates with minimal supervision and frequently handles complex troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Maintains manufacturing processes and equipment in optimum condition Perform advanced preventative maintenance, including calibration, system checks, and parts replacement on complex machinery Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and building & grounds issues relying on schematics, blueprints and technical manuals Utilize CMMS to document all repair and PM activities, track parts inventory and manage work orders Coordinate with operations team to schedule necessary downtime for equipment maintenance, minimizing disruptions to operations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to entry level technicians Identify recurring issues and propose solutions or modifications to improve reliability and operational efficiency Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and OSHA standards Evaluate, monitor, and troubleshoot minor issues in HVAC units. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Intermediate support individual contributor position performing administrative or specialized tasks in support of daily business activities. Works under moderate supervision on mostly routine tasks but may deviate from or interpret standard procedures based on knowledge gained through learned experience. Work Experience: 2+ years of experience generally preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong knowledge of CMMS and EAM systems Analytical skills Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Verbal / written communication skills Problem-solving and math skills, including arithmetic, application of formulas (e.g., area, volume), measurement conversion Ability to read / interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Ability to work independently, with high quality and productivity Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate clearly in English (required) Education: High school, vocational, or associate's degree Licenses/Certifications: May need certification to operate MHE Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment that requires detailed work and precision under stress Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Work while standing, sitting, stooping, walking, bending, with hands over head, and in prone position Work from a ladder and other elevated work platforms (manlift, scissor lift) Work in small/tight spaces safely Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift 75 lbs Work various rotating shifts, including weekends; remain flexible to business needs Stay past scheduled shifts to complete daily production in the event of systems failure or production downtime, as required The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
