[Source: Just Construction] Qualifications Required: • 4+ years of experience servicing industrial refrigeration, process cooling, ammonia systems, or heavy commercial refrigeration equipment • Hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing large-scale refrigeration or chiller systems within manufacturing, processing, cold storage, distribution, or industrial environments • Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration technologies, including centrifugal, reciprocating, screw, absorption, and ammonia-based systems • Experience working with a variety of refrigerants commonly utilized in industrial and low-temperature applications • EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent refrigerant handling certification • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service priorities in a field environment Preferred: • Manufacturer training, factory certifications, or specialized training on industrial refrigeration and chiller systems • Experience with industrial controls, automation systems, PLCs, or building automation systems (BAS) • TWIC Card or ability to obtain one • Experience supporting food processing, cold storage, distribution, manufacturing, chemical processing, or industrial production facilities • Familiarity with ammonia safety procedures, PSM environments, and regulatory compliance requirements • Advanced knowledge of low-temperature refrigeration applications and industrial process cooling systems
