Shift: Full time

Join our team as a Mechanic, maintaining and repairing the trucks, equipment, and small engines that support company operations. This in-person role works with gas and diesel trucks, skid steers, excavators, and trailers to keep equipment operating safely and effectively. You will coordinate with foremen and project managers, document maintenance, and inspect completed repairs. The position offers hourly pay based on experience, access to insurance plans, a 401(k) with company matching, and opportunities for advancement.

**Responsibilities**

• Repair and maintain gas and diesel trucks, skid steers, excavators, trailers, and small engines.
• Inspect equipment after repairs to verify proper operation.
• Document maintenance and repairs, keep asset maintenance logs current, and promptly report repair activities.
• Communicate with foremen, project managers, and other team members to support safe vehicle and equipment operation.
• Follow company safety requirements and applicable safety regulations when maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

• At least 2 years of proven mechanical experience.
• Valid Tennessee drivers license and the ability to drive and maneuver trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills and responsible tool care.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and sit or stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to walk, reach overhead, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Preferred, not required: CDL, relevant certifications, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.
