**Job Description**

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and motion control programs for custom industrial machinery.
• Provide controls programming and commissioning support for new machines, retrofits, and field service projects.
• Design and develop operator interfaces and HMI applications.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, servo drives, industrial networks, and safety systems.
• Work with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP and Profinet.
• Support machine automation, startup, FAT, SAT, and customer site commissioning.
• Maintain controls documentation, I/O lists, and software revision records.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve controls issues.
• Work in an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing environment.
