Forklift & Material Handling Equipment Technicians – Multiple Experience Levels

**Location:** Van Buren, AR

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

**Pay:** Depending on Experience (DOE)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced and entry-level Forklift Technicians to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair forklifts and other material handling equipment.

We have multiple openings for technicians with varying levels of mechanical experience.

Positions Available

**1. PM Technician – Entry Level (0–2 Years)**

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Service batteries, tires, fluids, and filters.
• Complete basic adjustments and minor repairs.
• Assist experienced technicians with equipment repairs.
• Document maintenance and inspection findings.

**2. Forklift Service Technician – Intermediate Level**

• Perform routine forklift maintenance and repairs independently.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulic leaks, and mast components.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues.
• Service forklift engines and related components.
• Identify equipment problems and recommend repairs.

**3. Experienced Forklift Technician (4–7 Years)**

• Diagnose and repair forklift engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and CAN bus networks.
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose equipment performance issues.
• Complete major repairs with minimal supervision.

**4. Senior Forklift Technician – Advanced Level**

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures.
• Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues.
• Perform advanced forklift and material handling equipment repairs.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and support other technicians.
• Experience with Hyundai forklifts is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• **Must have your own tools.**
• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience with forklifts, industrial equipment, or similar machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

**Experience requirements vary by position. Candidates with automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.**
