Maintenance Supervisor

Shift: Full time

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading our maintenance team and ensuring the optimal functioning of all equipment and systems. This position will oversee the maintenance and repair of facility equipment.

**Essential Functions:**

• Direct and supervise maintenance employees including: electricians, millwrights, machine repair, and other trades.
• Establish daily, weekly, and shutdown maintenance priorities.
• Ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of:

+ CNC machining centers

+ Horizontal and vertical mills

+ Lathes and turning centers

+ Heat treat equipment

+ Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

+ Assembly equipment

+ Cranes and material handling systems

+ Building and facility systems

• Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure completion of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop KPI’s and improvements through a CMMS
• Ensure all required skilled trades safety training and compliance training is completed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and provide quick resolution to any unexpected equipment failures or facility issues.
• Communicate maintenance status to plant leadership.
• Manage contractor work and service providers.
