**Responsibilities**

• Diagnose appliance malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on inspection.
• Repair and troubleshoot appliances such as refrigeration units and other household appliances
• Interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics to accurately identify issues.
• Perform equipment repairs, replacements, and assemblies both in customer homes and at service centers.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience.
• Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, repairs performed, and customer interactions for accurate documentation.

**Skills**

• Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician with a focus on household appliances.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately for precise diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with assembly of appliances and equipment repair procedures to ensure proper functioning post-service.
