**Duties**

• Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes efficiently.
• Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers with precision and attention to detail.
• Install new appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards, ensuring proper electrical, plumbing, and mechanical connections.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and assembly skills to disassemble, repair, or replace appliance components.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative upkeep to extend appliance lifespan and optimize performance
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.

**Skills**

• Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical work, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and assembly equipment for repairs and installations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex equipment issues across a variety of household appliances.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams such as schematics and ladder logic for troubleshooting control systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor in field service environments.
• Experience operating company vehicles safely while managing multiple service appointments efficiently.
