**Duties**

• Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes efficiently.
• Perform repairs on appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards, ensuring proper electrical, plumbing, and mechanical connections.
• Use ladder access and mechanical knowledge to reach components safely during repairs or installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and answering any questions professionally.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, and maintenance across various brands and models.
• Strong understanding of schematics, electrical work, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and mechanical components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and equipment troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices.
• Own a vehicle
• Work Permit
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to assist clients effectively.
