Never taught? No problem! If you have the drive, patience, skills and passion we’ll train you! Bring your field know-how; we’ll help you turn it into impactful instruction.

**What You’ll Do**

• **Inspire & Educate:** Create an inclusive, high-energy space where students build enthusiasm for HVACR maintenance and service.
• **Hands-On Every Day:** Lead labs and demonstrations so learners practice diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
• **Shape the Curriculum:** Team up with educators to refresh courses and develop new lessons aligned with current industry advancements.
• **Mentor for Mastery:** Guide individual projects, pushing critical thinking and creative solutions.
• **Safety as Standard:** Reinforce procedures and best practices to protect every student in every lab.

**What You’ll Need**

--------------------

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of practical experience across refrigeration, commercial HVAC, residential HVAC, mini splits, boilers, etc.
• EPA 608/Universal and OSHA 10–30 are highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy—because everyone learns at their own pace.
