**Overview**

2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday

At Sterling Beverage Co., we help leading and emerging beverage brands bring their drinks to life, from teas and lemonades to sparkling juices, functional sodas and canned cocktails. We’re an SQF-certified, fast-growing company built on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement, and we’re adding a full second shift. We’re looking for a strong leader to run it.

The role

You’ll own the second shift on our canning line: the crew, the equipment, the changeovers and the numbers. It’s hands-on leadership for a motivator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven plant.

What you’ll do

• Lead, train and supervise a crew of 10–14 operators and line workers
• Hit daily production goals and keep the canning line running smoothly and efficiently
• Run changeovers between can sizes and flavors, and CIP/sanitation to our procedures
• Enforce food safety, GMP and workplace safety; work with the Quality Technician on checks and holds
• Lead shift start-up meetings, assign tasks and hand off cleanly to day shift
• Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues, and escalate to maintenance when needed
• Track production, downtime, yield and labor, and complete end-of-shift reports
• Build accountability and a positive, team-oriented culture

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in food, beverage or manufacturing production, with at least 1 year leading a shift or crew
• Experience with canning, filling, seaming or other packaging equipment is a strong plus
• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Strong communication, organization and recordkeeping
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and sanitation; SQF experience a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
