Our lines run on people who can fix things fast and fix them right. We’re growing, and we need a hands-on Maintenance Technician who knows food plant equipment, keeps downtime low and treats food safety as part of the repair.

**About the Role**

You’ll keep our mixing, baking, cooling and packaging equipment running and our building systems in good shape. In your first year, you’ll own a set of preventive maintenance routines, become the go-to person for several of our lines, and help cut repeat breakdowns. You’ll work alongside Production, Sanitation and Quality, and report to our Operations Manager.

**What You’ll Do**

• Run preventive maintenance on mixers, depositors, ovens, conveyors, bar cutters, labelers, flow wrappers and metal detectors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V three-phase), pneumatic and hydraulic problems during production.
• Maintain compressed air, refrigeration, HVAC and other building systems, and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Follow LOTO, tool control and food-grade lubricant practices, and hand equipment back to Sanitation and QA for release after repairs.
• Document every work order and PM so our SQF records are complete.
• Spot recurring failures and recommend fixes that keep lines running.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Required:**

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial bakery or food or beverage manufacturing plant.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical controls and motors up to 480V three-phase.
• Experience repairing drives, conveyors and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of LOTO and GMPs.
• Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on ladders, lifts and in tight spaces.

**Preferred:**

• Bakery equipment experience (mixers, depositors, ovens, bar cutters, flow wrappers).
• PLC troubleshooting, such as Allen-Bradley.
• Refrigeration or HVAC experience, or EPA 608 certification.
• Sanitary stainless TIG welding.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience in an SQF or allergen-controlled facility.

**Pay & Benefits:**

• Pay Range: $33 - $48 per hour depending on experience.
